What impact will my business have
PridePays operates in order to give back. The profits your current payment provider retains become the source of funding for the cause you select. Your participation can bring them significant funding as there is no limit to the amount each cause can receive. The more volume you process the more they get.

How do I select the Cause(s) my business benefits
You can select from over 1200 causes that PridePays has already evaluated and approved, or nominate a not-for-profit organization serving the LGBTQ+ community that we missed. we will happily add them after our reviewers confirm that they are serving the LGBTQ+ community.
How are donations divided amongst multiple Causes
You may select multiple causes, then select the ratio of funding for each. PridePays automatically calculates the contribution to all of your causes each month, adding those amounts to their monthly distributions. The total monthly funding to your causes is based on your sales volume. All of the causes you support receive a percentage of that amount based on the ratio you select.
Does this work for every business
PridePays is a great fit for most businesses. A termed contract or proprietary software/hardware might prevent some businesses from participating or require them to wait. If this is you don’t worry. The PridePays team will give you honest advice about your situation and make sure supporting a cause doesn’t cost you anything. If you are unable to participate there is never any pressure or judgement.
Can my customers pick a Cause to fund
No. You pick the cause(s) that you care about; those that will be important to your customers and community. Whenever customers make a purchase the fees associated with their transaction increase the donation to the cause(s) you selected, so nothing complicates the payment experience. Customers choose to do business with you because of the cause(s) you have selected. PridePays handles the bookkeeping and makes the contribution on your behalf.

You will experience a seamless transition to PridePays. All of your payment options will continue to function as they do now, and your funds will be deposited into your business account just as quickly as before. Your rates will not increase, and in some cases can be lower.
For most equipment or software the transition involves a quick file download or updates to a few parameters. Some providers have proprietary equipment designed to lock you in. For these situations PridePays facilitates a seamless migration to hardware and/or software with the features you need.
